Job Description

Role & responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing : Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Employee Relations : Foster a positive and productive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflicts, and promoting a culture of open communication. Performance Management : Develop and implement performance management programs, including employee evaluations, feedback, and goal setting. Support managers with performance coaching and improvement plans. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Promote continuous learning and skill development. HR Administration : Maintain HR records, manage employee data, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
