Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Director – Sales & Marketing / CEO / Managing Director Location: Jamnagar Industry: Manufacturing (Brass Components, Buffing wheels, cutting wheels, Abrasive) o lead and drive marketing and business development strategies for domestic and international markets, ensuring growth in sales revenue, strong brand positioning, and long-term customer relationships. This role involves developing new customers, managing existing accounts, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities in domestic and export markets (Automotive, Electrical, Hardware, Industrial Applications). Generate leads through networking, industry exhibitions, online platforms (LinkedIn, B2B portals), and personal visits. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with customers. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts and resolve customer issues promptly. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support. 3. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs. Analyze industry reports and suggest new product developments or modifications. Prepare detailed reports on market performance and share insights with management. 4. Marketing Strategy & Branding: Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and exhibitions). Manage participation in trade fairs, expos, and promotional events globally. Collaborate with digital marketing teams to strengthen the company’s online presence (SEO, social media, website). 5. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead a team of marketing executives and ensure proper task allocation. Train team members on product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer handling. Coordinate with the production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth order execution. 6. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports. Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and forecast data in CRM systems. Ensure compliance with export documentation and customer requirements. Required Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred if related to manufacturing). MBA in Marketing or International Business (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 7–15 years of experience in B2B industrial marketing, preferably in brass components, fasteners, or automotive parts. Proven track record in generating business from domestic and international clients. Experience in handling export markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, etc.) is highly desirable. Technical & Functional Skills:Strong knowledge of automotive industry requirements, OEM expectations, and industrial product sales cycle. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Google Ads). Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce), and ERP systems. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to travel frequently (domestic & international).

Quality Control Engineer jamnagar 0 - 31 years INR 1.68 - 2.76 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

*Key Responsibilities* 1. Perform in-process inspection during machining, milling, drilling, CNC/VMC turning, threading, polishing & plating stages. 2. Inspect dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauges, Pin Gauges, Profile Projector, etc. 3. Verify product compliance with engineering drawings, control plans, SOPs, samples, and customer specifications. 4. Identify non-conformities and immediately communicate deviations to Production for corrective actions. 5. Record inspection results and maintain documents like IPQC reports, NCR, rejection analysis & daily quality sheets. 6. Review first piece approval (FPA) & ensure process setup validation before mass production. 7. Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA). 8. Coordinate with plating, casting & finishing departments for defect prevention and quality consistency. 9. Monitor tool wear, machine conditions & process capability to avoid defects like burrs, surface finish issues, thread damage, size variation, cracks & plating defects. 10. Support customer audits, PPAP, calibration & internal ISO documentation. 11. Maintain proper handling & storage of gauges and measuring equipment. 12. Follow 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives on shop floor. *Required Qualifications* 1. Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering (or equivalent). 2. 1–5 years experience in in-process inspection for brass components / precision machining / CNC industry. 3. Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance & surface finish parameters. 4. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & process plans. 5. Hands-on experience with measurement tools & testing instruments. 6.
