Preferred candidate profile MBA in Human Resource Management Minimum 4-8 years of HR experience , preferably in a corporate environment Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Sound knowledge of HR compliance laws , labor regulations , and payroll software/tools Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
