The 3D & BIM Modeler (Trainer) will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Daily tasks include developing and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with other disciplines such as Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) teams, and providing training and support to staff on BIM tools and processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in using relevant BIM software Experience and skills in Architecture, Modeler roles, and Construction Drawings Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration into BIM models Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to support and guide team members Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Experience in the construction industry is a plus
