3D & BIM Modeler (Trainer Role)

As a 3D & BIM Modeler (Trainer) at our company located in Raipur, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Your daily tasks will involve developing and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with other disciplines such as Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) teams, and providing training and support to staff on BIM tools and processes. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in using relevant BIM software. Additionally, experience and skills in Architecture, Modeler roles, and Construction Drawings are essential. Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration into BIM models is also required. Strong communication and training skills are vital for this position, as you will be supporting and guiding team members. Your ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial. While a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, experience in the construction industry is considered a plus.
