Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. Draft and manage HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and employee contracts. Organize employee engagement activities and company events. Support performance appraisal processes and employee feedback mechanisms. Handle basic grievance redressal and promote a positive work culture. Coordinate with other departments for various HR functions. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly. Keep abreast of best HR practices to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
