Manager US Payroll Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Manager to lead and build out our US Payroll operations and expand our team in India. This role will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and ensure effective utilization and skill level of team to serve US clients. Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists - Provide training and development opportunities to ensure team effectiveness and compliance with best practices. - Manage utilization of resources effectively and assess ongoing skills and traits alignment for client and team work. Process Improvement & Compliance - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency. - Stay current with changes in payroll laws and - Liaise with auditors and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
