HR Consultant - Senior Health Services Specialist

As a Human Resources professional at SAP, you will have the opportunity to be a part of shaping the future of HR for SAP by driving and supporting strategic HR projects on a regional or country level. Your role will be in the People & Culture Services organization where you will report to the Head of HR in India. You will play a key role in coordinating and executing strategic Health & wellness as well as HR initiatives and projects, acting as a trusted advisor to the P&C Leadership Team in India, and owning the People Agenda for the country. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering internal presentations, collaborating with key business leaders, ensuring high-quality internal communications, and resolving unforeseeable events and escalations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and execute strategic Health & wellness as well as HR initiatives and projects - Act as a key interface and trusted strategic advisor to the P&C Leadership Team in India - Prepare and deliver comprehensive internal presentations using data storytelling - Own the People Agenda for the country - Ensure high level of quality in internal People communications - Collaborate across regions with other PMOs on execution of global initiatives - Proactively resolve unforeseeable events, inquiries, and escalations **Qualifications Required:** - Over 9+ years of professional experience, preferably in an HR role - Experience in driving topics such as Skilling, Leadership development, and Diversity & Inclusion - Demonstrated ability to work under management and time pressure, prioritizing tasks efficiently - Hands-on experience in driving strategic Health & wellness as well as HR initiatives and projects - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with attention to detail - Solid experience in project coordination and management with proactive planning At SAP, you will be part of a team that drives Employee Engagement, orchestrates global HR services, policies, and programs, and represents SAP as a top Employer of Choice in the country.
