HR- Business Partner

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Compensation & Benefits Management: - Collaborate closely with regional HR and business heads to oversee the annual salary budgeting and planning process. - Compare compensation plans with industry standards and propose enhancements. - Ensure adherence to EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other legal requirements. - Manage employee insurance programs, wellness benefits, and retirement schemes. - Trade Union & Industrial Relations Management: - Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with trade unions and employee representatives. - Lead negotiations during collective bargaining and ensure prompt and amicable resolution of conflicts. - Handle disciplinary proceedings, domestic inquiries, and grievance redressal with appropriate legal care. - Guarantee compliance with all legal obligations under labor laws such as the Factories Act and Industrial Disputes Act. - Act as a mediator between management and employees to promote a transparent and productive work atmosphere. - HR Generalist Activities: - Develop management and leadership skills to drive long-term value creation. - Cultivate an inclusive culture that aligns with the business strategy. - Track HR metrics including attrition and absenteeism, and implement corrective measures. - Support leadership in strategic HR planning. - Policy & Process Development: - Modernize and automate HR systems, policies, processes, and tools to enhance the employee experience. - Provide training to line managers on policy interpretation and employee management. - Maintain precise HR records while upholding data confidentiality and integrity.
