Com / B.A., Proficiency in Computer Knowledge & MS Office Experience – 2-4 years as HR, Admin Female Candidates Preferred. Responsibilities: · Processing monthly attendance & salary · Co-ordinate with PF consultant · Maintaining leaves records · Preparing various HR letters as and when required · End to end Recruitment process: Job postings, Screenings, Scheduling interviews & onboarding. · Joining formalities & induction to new joiners. · Maintaining and updating HR policies to all employees · Keeping track of office stationery and placing new orders; Coordination for other office admin work · Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities. · Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospects and partners. · Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and client outreach efforts. · Participate in events, trade shows, and networking activities to support brand visibility.
