HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant at Hare Krishna Movement India in Gambheeram, your role will involve providing proactive support for daily HR operations. You should hold an MBA in HR/MHRM and possess strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. - Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, records, and documentation. - Draft official letters, circulars, and other HR communications. - Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related queries. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management activities. - Maintain confidentiality of HR data and ensure accuracy in reporting. Qualifications Required: - MBA (HR) / MHRM graduate. - Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu (verbal & written). - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for ERP work. - Good drafting and report-making skills. - Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
