Job Description

As an HR Assistant at Global Solutions Patternadakkavu, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate overseas interviews. You will be required to work full-time or part-time in a permanent position with a day shift schedule. Additionally, there is a performance bonus opportunity based on your contributions to the role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule overseas interviews efficiently - Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers - Ensure a smooth interview process for all parties involved - Maintain accurate records of interviews and candidate feedback Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in HR or recruitment preferred - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Willingness to travel up to 25% for overseas interviews is preferred Please note: The work location for this position is in person, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with candidates and hiring managers on-site.,
