HR Assistant (Female Preferred)

• To look after the function of the HR department in his absence.
• To assist the HR manager in reviewing the manpower requirements of the Hotel in consultation with the departmental heads, and also to assist/ participate in the recruitment and selection of employees.
• To ensure that all personnel files are up-to-date.
• To administer employee state insurance (ESI) and Provident fund (PF).
• To co-ordinate with the chef for the staff cafeteria to ensure the availability of nutritious and tasty food at a reasonable cost.
• To maintain an effective system of attendance and leave record in the organisation, and ensure that the attendance statements are sent to the accounts department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
