HR Apprentice/Intern

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic fresher to join our recruitment team. The role involves end-to-end Pan India hiring support across IT, Non-IT(Sales) roles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on job portals, coordinating with hiring managers, and speaking regional languages to support local hiring drives. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Mass hiring Source candidates using job portals and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic evaluations Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interviews Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS regularly Communicate fluently in regional languages to engage local candidates Ensure long-term commitment and dedication to recruitment Source candidates using job portals and internal databases Screen profiles and coordinate interviews Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and trackers Support hiring for regional, IT, Non-IT, and field roles Communicate effectively in regional languages to engage with local talent Demonstrate long-term commitment and focus exclusively on recruitment Requirements: Fresh graduate (any stream) passionate about hiring Good command of at least one regional language (Telugu/Kannada,Hindi, etc.) Familiar with MS Excel and job portals (Naukri, Apna, etc.) preferred Willing to work in a fast-paced, field-level recruitment environment
