HR Application Security Expert

Required Skills (Must Have) Along with Necessary Industry Experience

• Ability to understand the Security Policies and involved in preparation of simple guidelines
• Prepares plan for implementing necessary controls and would be responsible to understand the security requirements and take the application thru security certification
• He/she trains the subordinate members on the policies, reviews the work performed by them
• He/she is responsible for leading the Security Functional design in align with the overall Security policies and assists in preparing deliverables like functional specifications, prototypes, user guides, test scripts, etc.
• He/she is responsible for ensuring that the developed software or programs are tested properly to ensure that they are operating smoothly and are up to the mark in terms of quality standards.
• He/she conducts thorough research activity to ensure that all the functional and competitive requirements are being met to ensure that the deliverable are as per the requirements.
• He/she performs problem analysis so that a corrective and timely action can be taken to eliminate those errors which may have an adverse effect on the system. For this, he/she reviews the error codes generated by the application system.
• He/she monitors the revised as well as the new applications to ensure the user acceptance and to make sure that it is tested properly and executed in a way that it meets or exceeds the quality assurance standards and is compliant with quality security policies and procedures.

Skills and Abilities

• 6+ years of experience including a minimum of 3 years in a cloud HR administration suite designing/implementing it's security architecture.
• Preferable: deep understanding of Security concepts in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Should be conversant with all aspects of HR application security, including it's application to APIs, reports and processes.
• Good communication skills and presentation skills
• Ability to get through the internal process and certification
• Ability to manage & execute Security related tasks independently.
