To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as Human Resources Management or Business Administration, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Experience with cloud-based HR systems, ticketing systems, and SuccessFactors will be beneficial. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work are key attributes required for this position. Role & responsibilities Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and technical design for HR applications being cloned. Analyze business needs, document requirements, build test scenarios and complete unit and system integration testing. Take directions from Program Management, manage project tasks and provide regular status.
