Roles and Responsibilities Recruitment and onboarding: Posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and processing new hire paperwork. Employee relations: Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining employee records. Payroll and benefits administration: Processing payroll, managing benefits enrollment, and ensuring accurate records. Compliance: Staying up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, and ensuring company policies are compliant. Performance management: Assisting with performance reviews, and implementing performance improvement plans. Accounts payable and receivable: Processing invoices, managing payments, and reconciling accounts. General ledger accounting: Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. Financial reporting: Preparing financial statements and reports. Payroll processing: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Tax compliance: Assisting with tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in an accounting or human resources role. Proficiency in skills like HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Compliance, PF, Provident Fund Act 1952 & Rules 1953 & Scheme Regulations 1960; Book Keeping; Ledger Posting; Invoicing; Voucher Making; Petty Cash Management; Office Administration.
