Summary: The HR Business Partner will work as an individual contributor (talent partner) and report to the HRBP - Manager. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders and various stakeholders to provide proactive and professional HR solutions and advice on people strategies, supporting the development and growth of both individuals and the organization. Key Responsibilities: Establish and develop sustainable relationship with client stakeholders, other HR Business Partners, and other internal HR Service Excellence Teams by understanding and delivering business and employee needs. This include recommendation on the necessary approach in driving business directives in accordance and compliance to both Indian labor laws and company guidelines. Identify, understand and support the business using data driven studies and recommend or provide systematic approach or resolution. Take active participation in any business-related change management and effectively communicate the information to the stakeholders, business leaders and/or employees. Implement disciplinary / corrective actions and ensure that due process is followed in compliance to both the Indian labor laws and company specific guidelines. Point of contact for all concerns in relation to ones employment including necessary documentation and certifications in collaboration with the HR Service Excellence Team. Conduct regular site visits to clients and be involved in status checks meetings with each to better understand the HR needs of the business. Ensuring timely communication, execution, and completion of the performance evaluation process for beginning mid and/or year-end appraisals. Providing partnership to the business unit to identify strategies to increase employee engagement through effective communication, policies, and practices. Ensure that all HR-related deliverables, documentations, action items are submitted, filed and/or processed within a prescribed period in relation to but not limited to labor law standards, all forms of internal and external audits and/or government mandated directives. Can take on additional projects as necessary and as per instructed by immediate superior or one up manager Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Excellent English communication skills: proficiency in other languages is an advantage. Resourceful and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferably experienced with account management handling 150+ to 200 FTEs Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred) Experience of working as an HR with relevant skills and contributions. Has proven Project Management Skills (additional advantage, but not mandatory) Must be willing to work from our Bengaluru office on a hybrid mode
