Drive the performance management process, supporting managers and leaders in conducting probation reviews, quarterly check-ins, performance discussions, calibrations, and performance improvement recommendations. 5. Employee Engagement and Communication: Design and execute employment engagement - that foster a vibrant, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. Develop effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and connected, through various channels, including quarterly townhalls, all-hands sessions, leader meet, and different open forums across the organization.
