Your responsibilities will include designing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy, updating job descriptions, posting job openings, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting interviews with the help of reliable selection tools. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of recruitment experience in a global high-tech environment, possess strong behavioral interviewing skills, and have hands-on experience in tech and HQ recruitment. Excellent communication, decision-making abilities, and familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems are essential. Regional recruitment experience is a prerequisite, and fluency in English is mandatory. Your key tasks will involve providing recruiting reports, promoting employer branding, and building positive relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
