Isolate products and optimize reaction conditions to improve yields and output. Purify compounds using various methods, including chromatography, distillation , and crystallization . Characterize and identify compounds using techniques like UV, IR, NMR, LCMS , and GCMS . Ensure the parallel execution of multiple reactions conducted by yourself and the team. Scale up R&D developed products to a kilogram scale. Coordinate with senior team members to manage and deliver projects on time with high-quality standards.
