Job Description

You will be responsible for performing routine/preventive maintenance, servicing, and breakdown repairs on HPLC and IC instruments in North India. Your role will also involve supporting the new installation commissioning of HPLC and IC instruments, providing field support at customer sites, and offering remote assistance as required. Additionally, you will be conducting demonstrations to educate customers on safe and effective equipment usage. It is essential to deliver detailed service reports promptly after completing service visits. Understanding customer needs and concerns, providing a high level of customer service, and ensuring customers receive excellent support are key aspects of your responsibilities. You will need to meet designated goals related to turn-around time, response time, repair rate, and customer expectations, actively contributing to achieving CAS and business objectives. Taking ownership of customer satisfaction for services performed and adhering to all relevant certification, regulatory requirements, and safety norms are crucial. Travel may be required as advised by the reporting manager to provide customer service. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electronics field. Experience: - More than 2 years of working experience in handling services for the same field equipments. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: - Proficiency in HPLC and Ion chromatography with hands-on experience in relevant industries and processes. - Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor while embodying company values of integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement. - Exceeding customer service expectations, working towards agreed target days, and focusing on finding solutions. - Adhering to quality and company policy guidelines, and maintaining a professional appearance. - Effective interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. - Experience in Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Office. - Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, efficient time management, and meeting agreed timelines.
