Good understanding of doc lifecycle, template design, and output. Exp with batch and on-demand processing. Knowledge of other scripting languages is a plus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the team to design and develop applications using various OpenText Exstream products (versions 9x/16x) based on high-level solution documents Apply technical expertise to develop and deliver customer-focused CCM solutions Work with input formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and reference files, and output formats including PDF, AFP, Archive, EMAIL, HTML, and EMPOWER Handle document data-processing and post-composition processing using OpenText Exstream Manage design components such as search keys, placeholders, tag sets, design layers, language layers, campaigns, and messages Drive assigned tasks independently to completion by effectively coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders Maintain active communication and relationships with all relevant stakeholders Participate in Agile delivery processes REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years of strong technical experience with OpenText Exstream and other Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions Proficient knowledge of OpenText modules including Design Manager, Designer, Control Center, Communication Server, Communication Builder, and CAS Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles Good communication skills, both verbal and written Passion for technology and a proactive willingness to learn Experience working in Agile methodology environments Ability to work independently and manage deliverables without supervision Willingness to work across multiple time zones Ability to conduct end-user training and business workshops Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies Strong consulting mindset with attention to detail and quality delivery LOCATION Onsite Multiple Locations - PAN India - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
