You must possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in application performance management tools such as Appdynamic (preferred), HP diagnostic, and dynatrace - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in DevOps and performance continuous integration testing - Extensive experience in HP performance centre, network virtualization, service virtualization, and mobile testing - Previous experience managing Agile performance testing - Proficiency in languages like C/C++ and Java - Delivering quality performance testing in accordance with criteria, processes, standards, and technical performance frameworks - Strong technical performance and leadership skills - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Role & Responsibilities as a Performance Testing Lead: - Reporting to the NFT Test Factory Delivery Manager and Project Manager - Serving as the go-to person for Performance Technical queries for various stakeholders - Improving technical performance frameworks, processes, criteria, tools, and standards - Implementing automation performance testing - Providing a reusable approach for performance testing services across all technologies and business units - Collaborating with service partners and suppliers to ensure project delivery to high quality and on time - Leading and coordinating performance testers - Defining daily tasks using a technical performance test framework, process, criteria, templates, tools, and standards - Working in Agile and Waterfall development, automation, and service delivery environments - Gathering and interpreting business, technical, and service acceptance non-functional requirements and solution designs for test design - Creating the Performance Test Plan based on the Technical Design - Coordinating the Performance Test Design with offshore Performance testers - Leading script development, automation, tools setup/configuration, execution, analysis, and reporting according to the Performance Test Plan - Performing and leading Performance POCs - Conducting technical analysis and reporting - Leading troubleshooting and shakedown tasks - Executing the Performance Test Plan on time aligned with Test Design - Raising and supporting defect analysis - Creating daily, technical, and project closure reports promptly,
