The Project Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for TMT steel rebars, specifically within the infrastructure and construction project segment. The role requires a strong understanding of the construction ecosystem, effective client engagement, and a results-driven approach to drive sales and market penetration. Key Responsibilities: Project Lead Generation & Tracking: Identify and track infrastructure, real estate, and industrial projects at various stages (planning, tendering, execution). Build a strong project database using sources like project intelligence platforms, industry contacts, and site visits. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Engage with project consultants, architects, structural engineers, PMC, contractors, and builders.
