Responsibilities Handle and coordinate active calendars, including scheduling and confirming meetings. Ensure file organization and documentation based on office protocols. Create and maintain Excel-based automation systems using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to improve reporting, data entry, and tracking efficiency. Develop and manage WordPress (WP) Manager automations for task scheduling, updates, and data synchronization. Analyze workflow processes and identify automation opportunities. Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support as needed. Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to maintain smooth system functionality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite , particularly Excel and VBA scripting . Basic understanding of WordPress dashboard and plugin automation tools . Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle sensitive information confidentially. Bonus Skills (Preferred) Experience integrating Excel automations with Google Sheets or APIs. Familiarity with CRM platforms or project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Notion). Understanding of HTML, PHP, or basic WordPress backend management.
