Housekeeping Responsibilities As a member of the housekeeping team, your role is to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests. With attention to detail and a caring approach, you’ll play an important part in making each guest’s stay a pleasant one. Help keep guest rooms clean, fresh, and inviting. Follow regular cleaning routines at a steady, comfortable pace. Change bed linens and towels; make beds neatly and with care. Gently dust and polish furniture to maintain a tidy look. Clean bathrooms thoroughly, keeping them hygienic and guest-ready. Replenish guest supplies so they have everything they need. Restock the mini bar and any necessary housekeeping items. Keep public areas clean, calm, and welcoming for all visitors. Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and ready to use. Report anything that may need attention for safety or maintenance.
