Sub Dept (Internal reference.) : Housekeeping BU: Lohono Dept : Rental & Hospitality Sub Dept (Internal reference.) : Housekeeping Key Responsibilities: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Clean all assigned guestrooms including: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies Sign in and out master keys daily Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards Swimming pool netting and common area debris removal, pots and trays cleaning Kitchen cleaning if the facility was used by guests later at night, including all the utensils. Dining area mopping and all rooms, including outdoor areas like pool, seating area at pool side. Breakfast table setup / Mise en place for BF Watering of indoor plants and terrace cleaning. Order taking for Breakfast. Preparation of breakfast as per menu. Guest laundry and linen processing only at the guidance of HO or guests. HK Morning service in all bedrooms, washrooms and arranging of guest belonging Alternate Lunch relief of the VA HK Morning service in all bedrooms continues Evening snacks for guest like Tea coffee and snacks if ordered, fogging in and around the villa Evening service for all bedrooms Dinner service and attending extra request Kitchen cleaning and garbage disposal Technical Skills: Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning methods. Ability to use housekeeping tools and equipment. Understanding of hygiene and sanitization practices. Personal Traits: Attention to detail and cleanliness. Physically fit and active. Polite and guest-friendly. Punctual and dependable. As a Housekeeping Executive at Hong Sau Resort, you will play a vital role in maintaining our luxurious retreat to ensure the utmost cleanliness and comfort for our guests. Your responsibilities will include supervising the daily housekeeping operations, training and motivating the housekeeping staff, and inspecting guest rooms and resort areas to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will be tasked with maintaining inventory and stock of housekeeping supplies, coordinating with the front office and maintenance team for seamless operations, and handling guest complaints related to housekeeping with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, you will oversee the proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment, implement and monitor standard operating procedures and hygiene protocols, and prepare staff schedules and duty rosters. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort setting. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with an eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness and order. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are key, as well as the flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling, as well as knowledge of housekeeping tools and cleaning agents, will also be beneficial.
