As the Laundry Supervisor at Holiday Inn, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of laundry standards and procedures. You will be required to maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all laundry systems and recommend changes to standards and training needs on an ongoing basis. It will be your duty to open and close the shift, ensuring effective shift handovers, as well as manage all incoming and outgoing calls to the Laundry Department.
