About the Hotel

Olive Grand View is a boutique hotel nestled in the beautiful hills of Manali, offering guests a premium stay experience with personalized service and a peaceful atmosphere. We're looking for dedicated housekeeping associates to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies
• Handle laundry (washing, drying, folding) as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Maintain housekeeping inventory and restock items
• Follow hotel safety and cleanliness standards strictly
• Ensure guest privacy and comfort at all times
• Assist guests with basic needs if required in a polite and respectful manner

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass
• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is mandatory
• Must speak Hindi and understand basic English
• Male candidates only
• Willing to work flexible shifts
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks
• Polite, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹9,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on experience)
• Additional performance-based incentives
• Accommodation and meals provided by the hotel
• Uniform: Plain black (deducted from salary if provided, or you may use your own)
