Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Associate with a background in hotel housekeeping and professional bed making. The ideal candidate should be familiar with high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and proper bed-making techniques (hospital/hotel corners, wrinkle-free presentation, etc.). Prior hotel housekeeping experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make beds to hotel standards with precision and attention to detail
• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas thoroughly and efficiently
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces
• Replenish towels, toiletries, linens, and other in-room amenities
• Ensure all rooms are presented to the highest standards before guest check-in
• Report maintenance issues or damage to housekeeping supervisor
• Follow safety and cleanliness protocols at all times
• Maintain and care for cleaning supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required
• Must be skilled in professional bed-making techniques
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work quickly and independently
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
