The brand is now bolstering its presence and is now entering a phase of high growth and we are expanding our sales team to accelerate momentum in the coming few months. Key Responsibilities : The role requires assisting the senior leadership team with new avenues of business and growth for the brand across multiple emerging channels of business namely B2B Accounts, Corporate Gifting, Modern trade stores and International sales. This role will require the candidate to closely work with the founding team for business strategy and implementation. ● Outbound sales: supporting creation of outreach communication, generating leads, contacting customers or partners and promoting the business. ● Inbound Strategy: Creating an effective inbound strategy and framework for ensuring customer activation and conversion across all new channels and managing the sales funnel ● Interface with the marketing teams for creation of effective communication collaterals and pitch decks ● Delivering sales based on monthly targets and account conversion ● Reporting to manager regarding implementation of sales strategies and targets. Qualifications needed: ● Ongoing Bachelor degree/recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, ● Marketing and other related fields preferred. ● Prior experience in areas of business development and strategy would be preferred ● Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities ● Strong skills in MIS and data management ● Ability to take ownership of process and performance through persuasive communication

A digital-first brand, we are now entering a phase of high growth and are expanding our creative team for product and design development. Key Responsibilities: · Assist the product and design team in developing new textile prints and surface patterns for bedding, cushions, and soft furnishings. · Support in mood board creation, print research, and color palette development in line with seasonal and brand guidelines. · Create hand-drawn and digital motifs suitable for translation into repeat patterns and production-ready artworks. · Work closely with the sampling and production teams to ensure color accuracy and print scale. · Prepare tech packs and detailed design specifications for vendors. · Document design work, maintain print archives, and support the team in maintaining timelines and deliverables. · Collaborate with the marketing team for styling and visual communication of new product ranges. Qualifications Needed: · Ongoing degree or recent graduate in Textile Design, Fashion Design or related field. · Strong understanding of print development, repeats, and textile techniques. · Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and any CAD software for textile design. · Hand illustration skills and a flair for botanical or nature-inspired designs would be a strong plus. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment. · Passion for home décor, textiles, and design rooted in Indian craftsmanship. · Experience in Graphic design would a plus Type: Internship – Hybrid (3 months) Joining: Immediate Location: Delhi NCR
