The House Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints, both regular and spray, ensuring the quality finish of painted surfaces, and maintaining tools and equipment. The role also involves reading and interpreting architectural drawings and working in collaboration with other trades such as carpentry to ensure projects are completed to specification. Qualifications Skills in Paint, Spray Painting, and Painting Understanding of Carpentry basics and ability to collaborate with carpentry professionals Ability to read and interpret Architectural Drawings Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work Physical stamina and strength to handle painting tasks and equipment Professional experience in house painting is a plus Relevant certifications or training in painting and carpentry are beneficial
