Key Responsibilities Recruitment, Onboarding and off boarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers. You'll also be responsible for creating a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, benefits, and general workplace issues. Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and administration of performance review cycles, ensuring timely feedback and documentation. Compensation and Benefits: Help with the administration of payroll, benefits enrolment, and leave management. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
