We are passionate about capturing timeless memories and delivering high-quality, emotionally rich content that tells a couple's love story beautifully. To expand our client reach and elevate the booking experience, we're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Handle calls, emails, and social media inquiries to convert leads into confirmed bookings. - Understand the unique requirements of each client and recommend personalized photoshoot and videography packages. - Follow up with prospects consistently to close deals and increase conversion rates. - Maintain accurate records of all leads, client interactions, and bookings using CRM tools. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. - Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and improve client engagement. What We're Looking For: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for weddings, photography, and client satisfaction. - Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally. - Organized and detail-oriented, with experience in managing lead pipelines. - Prior experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
