As the Housekeeping and Property Care Associate, you will be responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of both our architectural office and our rental properties. This role requires flexibility and excellent time management to ensure both spaces are maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities: General Housekeeping: Perform all daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Office Maintenance: Maintain a professional and tidy office environment, managing supplies and waste. Rental Turnovers: Thoroughly clean and prepare the property for new guests, including washing linens and restocking amenities. Maintenance & Reporting: Proactively report any damages or repair needs at all locations. Schedule: Be available for turnovers on an agreed-upon schedule. Skills & Qualifications: Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and discretion. Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Experience in housekeeping or a hospitality setting is a plus. Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
