Position Summary We are seeking a sophisticated Sales Executive to serve as a trusted advisor to our discerning clientele of affluent Indian and NRI women. The ideal candidate will excel in all types of communication (messages, calls, video calls, and emails), possess a deep appreciation for heritage textiles, and demonstrate expertise in luxury sales. This role focuses on being a personal chaperone to prospects, nurturing relationships through curiosity and interest, while guiding customers toward discovering their perfect Banarasi saree. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Ownership : Take complete ownership of customer relationships and interactions from initial contact through post-purchase support Multi-Channel Communication : Engage prospects and clients through messages, audio calls, and video consultations with fluency in English Personal Advisor Role : Serve as a chaperon and trusted advisor, helping affluent Indian and NRI women discover the perfect Banarasi saree for their needs Curiosity & Interest Building : Stoke curiosity about our heritage collections, nurture sustained interest, and strategically nudge prospects toward purchase decisions Continuous Engagement : Stay connected with clients to showcase new collections and understand their evolving occasion-based requirements Luxury Sales Expertise : Demonstrate comfort and proficiency in selling high-value heritage and luxury apparel Brand Differentiation : Develop and articulate a deep understanding of what sets House of Banaras apart from competitors Personalized Service : Provide bespoke consultations based on individual style preferences, occasions, and cultural significance Collection Curation : Present relevant collections tailored to specific customer profiles and seasonal requirements Catalog and inventory management: Support product description and ensure that inventory is updated and in line with what's needed for the customer showcase Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline 2-4 years of experience in luxury retail, heritage fashion, or high-value personal sales Exceptional English communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to engage through digital platforms Proven experience with multi-channel communication, including messaging, audio, and video calls Deep appreciation for heritage and luxury apparel , particularly traditional Indian textiles Strong relationship-building skills with affluent clientele and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor Comfort level with high-ticket sales and understanding of luxury customer psychology Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take complete ownership of customer relationships Preferred Qualifications Experience working with affluent Indian and NRI women clientele Understanding of occasion-based shopping patterns and the cultural significance of traditional wear Knowledge of Banarasi weaving techniques, silk varieties, and textile craftsmanship Previous experience in luxury personal shopping or concierge services Familiarity with digital sales platforms and virtual consultation tools Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse Indian traditions and celebrations What We Offer Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure Performance-based incentives and bonuses Comprehensive product training and skill development Employee discounts on House of Banaras products Opportunity to work with authentic, heritage crafts Career growth opportunities within the organization Role & responsibilities
