Job Summary:

The House Construction Promoter will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting the company’s home construction services, and generating leads for new residential projects. The role involves marketing, client relationship management, and coordination with the design and construction teams to ensure client satisfaction and project conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s house construction services to individual clients, landowners, and investors.
• Generate qualified leads through field visits, digital marketing follow-ups, and referrals.
• Conduct site visits and explain the construction process, cost, materials, and benefits to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, property consultants, and landowners.
• Manage and update client databases, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into confirmed projects.
• Work closely with the technical and design teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Represent the company at construction expos, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to recommend promotional strategies.
• Ensure timely communication and support to clients throughout the pre-construction phase.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of construction materials, design trends, and cost estimation (preferred).
• Ability to handle on-site and client-facing discussions.
• Self-motivated with strong networking and follow-up skills.
• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in PUC, Civil Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in construction sales, real estate marketing, or home building promotion.
• Freshers with good communication and interest in the construction field may be considered for trainee roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
