As a Corporate Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting corporate guests to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Your key duties will include handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner, as well as coordinating guest services like accommodations, transportation, and event arrangements. It will be essential to maintain records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance future experiences. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to guarantee guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery. To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. A professional appearance and a courteous demeanor are important aspects of this position. Ideally, candidates from the Aviation or Hospitality industry would be a good fit. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The job location is in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and the work is required to be done in person. If you have at least 1 year of experience in guest services, it would be considered a plus for this role.,
