Hotel waiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Waiter with a minimum of 2 years in food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure high guest satisfaction, and maintain the standards of a professional hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain specials, and make menu recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Prepare tables before service and clear them efficiently after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas according to hotel and health standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and ensure correct billing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
