Oh Jay
The hotel is accepting more reservations than the number of available rooms. If you've made a reservation well in advance, once you arrive at the hotel, you'd find that your room has been given away to someone else. It has been extremely frustrating experience for me. Not recommended for prior bookings.

I am a traveller and love to stay at different properties and i might say this was the good one. There rooms were so aesthetically pleasing and amazing.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are good. We did bonfire on lohdi on the terrace so it was a nice experience staying here. It was so good that I stayed here for 13 days

Edit: Now I have been asked to vacate because they can't take bad reviews though the fault is their's. Very bad experience. ACs don't work in any of the rooms. Extremely unprofessional management team.

POOR HOTEL. bad service. TV WASN’T working, landline was not working, water bottle was chargable 30/-, Had to take follow up for TV AND TELEPHONE 5-7 times then gave up. I was overcharge for room as well. Room payment was taken on checkIn promising excellent service but Reality was opposite. BIG LOSS in name of HOTEL

Very excellent, clean and very tidy staff are also very polite, internet is strong. And the laundry areas are tidy and very clean, with a large surface, and for outdoor seating.. Really happy with the services.

Stayed here 12 days, had a cosy time, the staffs were very cordial & helpful as well and rooms were cleaned on time. I would recommend others as well to stay here.
