Hotel Security Officer

Hotel security is a comprehensive system of people, procedures, and technology designed to protect guests, staff, and property from harm, crime, and other threats. Key elements include physical measures like cameras and key card locks, trained security personnel for deterrence and emergency response, and cybersecurity to safeguard personal data. The goal is to create a safe and secure environment, enhance the guest experience, and protect the hotel's assets and reputation,a) Guest Parking & Traffic Management

• Assist all guests courteously with parking.
• Maintain orderly vehicle flow in the hotel premises.

b) Vehicle Entry/Exit Monitoring

• Maintain accurate, timestamped logs of all vehicles entering and exiting the premises.

c) Guest Assistance

• Greet guests warmly, open doors, and assist with luggage as required.
• Escort guests to the reception area professionally.

d) Parking Verification

• Confirm guest vehicle entries with the front office via walkie-talkie/radio before allowing entry.
• f) Professional Conduct & Grooming;
• g) Supervision & Monitoring;
• Daily supervisor visit is mandatory for: Inspection of duty area.

h) Staff Profile Requirements;

Guards must be: Multilingual (Kannada, Marathi, Hindi, English).

o Background-verified and trained in hospitality security protocols.

• Review and signature of logbook
• Guards must:
• Be clean, well-groomed, and in proper uniform at all times.
• Refrain from consuming or carrying any alcohol, Gutka, pan masala, cigarettes, or any banned substances.
• Arrive punctually for duty without fail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,783.77 - ₹45,197.30 per month
