Maintain an organized filing system for all reservation-related documents. Requirements Proven experience in sales management or a related field, with a focus on retail sales or customer service. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are preferred to cater to a diverse clientele. Strong administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Knowledge of inventory control processes and retail math principles is advantageous. Demonstrated negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients and vendors. Ability to perform maintenance tasks as needed within the department.
