Job Description

· Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically. · Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in. · Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel. · Organizing transport services for guests at their request. · Providing guests with information about the hotel. · Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests. . Hotel Receptionist Requirements: · Graduate in Hotel Management or equivalent. · Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Well-presented and professional appearance. · Competency with Microsoft Office. · Ability to learn on the job. · Excellent customer service skills. Minimum 3-5 years of work experience is required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Experience: Hotel management: 1 year (Required) Location: Thyagaraya Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Preferred) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
