Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure segments. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings regularly to maintain strong client relationships. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client needs and hotel policies. Follow up on leads from various sources including online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Maintain and update the client database (CRM) accurately and promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities, campaigns, and event planning . Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to represent the hotel.
