As a Maintenance Support Technician (MST) at Abode in Jaipur, you will be an integral part of the on-site facilities team. Your primary responsibility will be to perform hands-on maintenance tasks related to plumbing, electrical work, painting touch-ups, patchwork, and utility asset upkeep. You will work 24x7 on-site, stationed near the property, with accommodation provided by the company. Key Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance tasks such as pipe fittings, leakage repairs, and washroom maintenance for plumbing. - Handle electrical work including wiring, light fittings, and circuit troubleshooting. - Conduct painting touch-ups and wall repairs as needed. - Inspect and service utility assets like HVAC systems, generators, and pumps. - Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment. - Troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime. - Coordinate with vendors/specialists when necessary. - Maintain a detailed log of work done and report to the maintenance supervisor. - Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Qualifications and Skills Required: - ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field. - Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in facility maintenance roles. - Strong understanding of utility systems and general repairs. - Proficiency in working with basic tools and maintenance equipment. - Excellent team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Availability on-site 24x7 is a must. - Accommodation will be provided by the company.
