Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a House Keeping position at Hotel Mahakala @ Lava, located in Kalimpong-II. The House Keeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other specified areas of the hotel. Key responsibilities include laundry tasks, ensuring rooms are well-kept and orderly, attending to guest requests, and upholding high standards of hygiene and presentation. The role involves both independent work and collaboration with other hotel staff to enhance the overall guest experience. Qualifications Housekeeping and Laundry skills Proficiency in Customer Service and excellent Communication skills Experience in Training and supervising cleaning staff Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in a hospitality setting is a plus
