Role Overview: We are hiring a motivated Business Development Executive / Sales Manager to manage store walk-in customers, handle inbound leads from ads, follow up with prospects, prepare quotations, and drive direct B2B sales. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position and build a long-term career in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities: Attend and assist walk-in clients at our store. Handle inbound leads generated through ads (calls, WhatsApp, and messages). Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales. Understand customer requirements and prepare & share quotations accordingly. Maintain and update daily lead tracking sheets and sales reports. Coordinate with backend and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment. Ensure excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships. Take ownership of the sales process and contribute ideas to improve results. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, B2B, or hospitality supply preferred. Excellent communication skills – spoken and written. Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally. Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (for managing leads and quotes). Must be proactive, confident, and solution-oriented. Based in or willing to relocate to Siliguri.
