This includes overseeing all aspects of the hotel's business, from sales and marketing to guest services and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Sales and Marketing:** * Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. * Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) to optimize online visibility and bookings. * Manage group bookings and coordinate with corporate clients. * Prepare accurate quotations for banquet and room sales. * Oversee banquet selling and function management, ensuring smooth execution of events. * **Vendor Management:** * Select and manage vendors for various hotel services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. * Verify and approve vendor bills to maintain accurate financial records. * **Financial Planning:** * Develop and implement monthly sales forecasts and budgets. * Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. * **Guest Relations:** * Manage guest reviews and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. * Oversee social media management to engage with guests and build online reputation. * **Food and Beverage:** * Assist in designing restaurant menus and pricing plans. * Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings. * **Human Resources:** * Recruit and train staff to meet the hotel's operational needs. * Manage employee performance and development. * **Reporting:** * Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required, providing insights into the hotel's performance. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is a must. * Minimum 13 years of experience in hotel management, preferably 2-3 years in a similar role * Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, especially in the hospitality industry. * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and management skills * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Financial acumen * Customer service orientation * Strong organizational skills * Attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
