Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Aelinor Restaurant, Banquet, Rooms located in Mahesana. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the food and beverage departments. This includes overseeing food service, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing stock and supplies, budgeting, and training staff. The manager will coordinate with kitchen staff, maintain health and safety standards, and oversee special events and banquets.
